Enterprise application management and Microsoft 365 administration define this permanent full time position with The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville. Support users across core IT services.
Reporting to the Network Services Supervisor, the Enterprise Software Administrator provides first and second level support. The position administers enterprise applications, Microsoft 365, SQL databases, IIS servers, telephony, and IT equipment. It also reviews business processes, supports projects, and backs up the Network Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upgrade and maintain enterprise business applications
- Administer Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and security features
- Manage SQL databases, IIS servers, and certificates
- Plan projects, document changes, and train support staff
- Configure telecommunications systems and troubleshoot user issues
Requirements:
- Three- to four-year computer science or information technology degree
- At least five years of progressive enterprise IT administration experience
- Experience supporting Microsoft platforms and business applications
- Knowledge of security, backup recovery, networking, and PowerShell
- Valid Ontario Class G licence and reliable vehicle
