Design custom packaging machinery and automation equipment as an Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer with CAD and Autodesk Inventor experience. Support projects across their full lifecycle.

This intermediate engineering role covers automated equipment and complex mechanical systems. You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, assembly, and project teams. The work spans concept development, detailed design, testing, installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design custom packaging machinery and automated equipment
- Create mechanical drawings, assemblies, layouts, and BOMs
- Specify and integrate OEM components into automation systems
- Review designs for performance, manufacturability, quality, and cost
- Support machine build,



testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning

Requirements:

- Mechanical Engineering degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification
- Five to eight years of mechanical design experience
- Experience designing automated equipment and complex mechanical systems
- Solid manufacturing, machining, fabrication, and assembly knowledge
- CAD proficiency; Autodesk Inventor experience highly desirable
