The Associate, Corporate Banking supports origination and structuring for corporate lending transactions. The role provides lending expertise for Financial Institutions and establishes credit facilities for trading products. It also supports Trade Finance approvals and ongoing lending portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare credit documentation, memoranda, presentations, and quality reports
- Research companies, industries, financial information, and operating performance
- Perform financial modeling, valuation analysis, due diligence, and credit analysis
- Develop marketing pitch materials and support mandate presentations




- Coordinate stakeholders and support strategic efficiency initiatives

Requirements:

- Four to six years of relevant experience typically expected
- Post-secondary degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field
- Robust corporate finance, accounting, analytical, and problem-solving knowledge
- Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; FactSet or Capital IQ experience is advantageous
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
