Support Valard Construction’s transmission projects in Edmonton with InEight estimating, cost control, and progress reporting expertise. Work closely with field, lands, permitting, and GIS teams.

As a Right of Way Project Controls Administrator, you will keep project numbers accurate from estimates through final invoices. You will build budgets, track costs and performance, and prepare client progress packages. The role also supports Ecosys, GISCloud, RowAmps, GIS data tools, procurement, and change management. You will lead one functional area across the group.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up bid structures and enter estimates in InEight
- Build quantity and cost take-offs from GIS and planning inputs
- Prepare forecasts, accruals, variance, cost, and performance reports




- Measure progress and reconcile quantities with client inspectors
- Maintain project systems, data links, and user support

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experience
- Three years in project controls, estimating, or administration
- Working knowledge of InEight, Ecosys, or comparable software
- Understanding of contracts and progress measurement
- Comfort with GIS data and troubleshooting software devices
