This management consultant position focuses on recreating client engagements through business context, data, documents, and stakeholder requirements. You will design multi-step tasks spanning business analysis, strategy, research synthesis, and executive recommendations. The work combines consulting judgment with hands-on use of Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or Claude Cowork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build realistic consulting environments with client context and business data
- Design multi-step analysis, strategy, and research synthesis tasks
- Develop presentations and deliverables using agentic AI tools
- Transform client engagements into scenarios and supporting files
- Independently verify AI-generated materials for quality
Requirements:
- Robust relevant management or strategy consulting experience
- Ownership of substantial consulting workstreams and client deliverables
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or Claude Cowork
- Top-tier management consulting firm experience preferred
- Commercial due diligence or transaction strategy experience preferred
