Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Route Drivers, including hiring and quarterly reviews
- Ensure portable sanitation units meet cleaning standards
- Follow up on customer concerns and satisfaction
- Create and execute safety training plans
- Coordinate trucks, maintenance, and emergency services
Requirements:
- Supervisor or Lead Hand experience
- Training plan creation and implementation experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Trucking industry experience and basic mechanical skills
- Class 5 license, drivers abstract, and reliable transportation
