Apply skilled HSE practices across project sites as a Health, Safety & Environmental Lead in North York, Toronto, or Scarborough. Advise operations and clients on health and safety matters.

This site-based Lead supports high rise residential construction through inspections, hazard assessments, training, and incident investigations. You will develop Job Hazard Analysis and Safe Work Practice documents while supporting Ledcor’s Leading Indicator requirements. The work requires communication, problem solving, and sound independent judgement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct work area inspections and discuss potential problems with supervisors
- Provide HS&E; advice, orientations, and internal training
- Update hazard assessments, safe work processes, and HS&E; plans




- Assist incident investigations and monitor corrective actions
- Audit reports and monitor project plan effectiveness

Requirements:

- Eight-plus years of relevant high rise residential experience
- In-depth understanding of OHS programs, policies, and regulations
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency and software learning aptitude
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Valid provincial driver’s license and driver’s abstract
