The Director, Network Development & Operations, is the senior leader turning network architecture into an automated, scalable production network. This leader oversees IP, DWDM, caching, CI/CD, configuration management, telemetry, and operational tooling. The mandate covers reliability, security, performance, and 24×7 operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead detailed IP, DWDM, and caching engineering
- Build CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows

Requirements:

- 15+ years in large-scale network infrastructure or related engineering
- Expertise in BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, and segment routing
- Experience with DWDM, caching platforms, Ansible, Python, and CI/CD
- Ability to lead technical teams across network functions
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
