As Operations Supervisor, you oversee daily service across Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island. You manage scheduling, coaching, fleet readiness, customer concerns, compliance, and operational reporting. Your work supports safe, efficient, and reliable service while coordinating with dispatch, customer service, and service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead frontline teams in a positive, safety-focused setting
- Manage schedules, vacation planning, and route adjustments
- Monitor delivery logs, fuel usage, and route performance
- Coordinate vehicle inspections, maintenance needs, and fleet compliance




- Travel between branches to support consistent operations

Requirements:

- Three to five years in transportation, delivery, HVAC, or logistics management
- Experience supervising frontline staff and managing performance
- Understanding of safety regulations, TDG requirements, and fleet operations
- Gasfitter 1 certification and valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel frequently, including overnight travel
