The Opportunity

As a Senior ServiceNow Architect, you will shape how our clients design, implement, and evolve their ServiceNow environments.



You will serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders while providing architectural direction and hands‑on guidance to delivery teams.

Your scope will span ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, EAM, SPM, EA, ITAM, WSD, and cross-platform architecture, with opportunities to support the broader capabilities delivered by Optovia’s practice.

You will also play a central role in developing our technical team—helping developers and other technical resources strengthen their skills, exercise sound judgment, and grow into future leaders.

What You Will DoLead Architecture and Technical Delivery

- Own solution architecture from discovery and roadmap development through design, implementation, and transition to support.
- Translate business objectives into secure, scalable, maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
- Design connected workflows, data models, integrations, and platform capabilities across multiple ServiceNow products.
- Establish architectural standards and guide decisions on configuration, customization, reuse, performance, and upgradeability.
- Guide CMDB and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) design, governance, data quality, and adoption.
- Lead design and code reviews, resolve complex technical challenges, and help teams manage dependencies and delivery risks.
- Help clients apply ServiceNow AI and intelligent automation to improve productivity and service delivery, with appropriate security and governance.
- Ensure solutions address security, privacy, accessibility, and operational requirements.

Guide Clients and Deliver Value

- Lead workshops and architecture discussions with government and private sector stakeholders.
