This Production Supervisor plans and directs daily production activities for MacLean Engineering’s underground mining equipment manufacturing operations. The position supervises wide-ranging-skill employees while coordinating materials, manufacturing engineering, quality, and safety requirements. It also supports performance management, workforce planning, process improvement, and production reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan production and monitor workflow against schedules
- Motivate, mentor, and engage employees across varied skill sets




- Coordinate materials and engineering support for work orders
- Monitor quality, KPIs, labor bookings, and production variances
- Enforce PPE, safe practices, inspections, and corrective actions

Requirements:

- Five or more years supervising in a manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or certificate of completion
- Licensed Red Seal trade or equivalent experience
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude with equipment knowledge
- Working knowledge of ERP or MRP systems
