As Social Media & Community Specialist, you will manage daily execution for a growing brand across Canadian audiences. You will create platform-native stories, monitor online culture, and translate consumer conversations into relevant content. The role supports launches, creator collaborations, and activations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
- Develop, produce, and publish social-first content from concept through execution
- Monitor trends, platform behaviours, and cultural moments for opportunities
- Respond to comments, messages, mentions, tags, and user content




- Support launches, partnerships, events, and marketing activations

Requirements:

- At least one to two years’ relevant hands-on experience
- Robust knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, formats, trends, and algorithms
- Experience producing engaging content with strong visual storytelling
- Confidence appearing on camera when required
- Excellent communication, writing, and organisational skills
