Build automotive HIL simulation environments in Oshawa, Ontario, using sensor modelling and bus communication. Work onsite Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.
As a HIL Simulation and Integration Engineer, you will create high-fidelity vehicle models and sensor suites. Your work supports hands-free driving algorithms and active safety features. You will integrate systems into a wider CI/CD toolchain across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and analyze user stories within an Agile workplace
- Create physics-based platforms for controller code testing
- Develop and maintain HIL testing infrastructure and protocols
- Test hardware, run simulations, and interpret results
- Identify efficiency improvements for scaling processes and products
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field
- Mechanical, Electrical, Software, or related educational background
- Demonstrated experience with simulation tools
- Understanding of engineering analysis and computer science fundamentals
- Availability onsite in Oshawa, Ontario, Monday through Friday
