Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, the Senior Manager leads warehousing, logistics, inventory management, and broader operations. The position supports technology adoption, operational excellence, organizational alignment, and customer-focused service delivery within a complex workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead warehouse and logistics operations across Supply Chain functions
- Improve processes and end-to-end Supply Chain integration
- Manage facilities, inventory, vendors, transportation, and customs
- Monitor KPIs, workforce plans, and performance management processes
- Develop team capability through coaching, mentoring, and cross training
Requirements:
- University Degree or College Diploma
- Eight to ten years of experience
- Leadership experience managing teams in complex operational environments
- Experience leading SAP EWM/WM implementations and integrations
- Experience with warehouse projects and inventory optimization
