As Produce Department Manager, you will partner with the Store Manager and Retail Specialist to execute strategies and achieve business objectives. You will guide recruitment, training, performance reviews, recognition, and development while strengthening trust and engagement. The role also oversees inventory, ordering, merchandising, product quality, scheduling, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional service supporting Farm Boy’s fresh shopping experience
- Execute strategies with store leadership to achieve departmental goals
- Coach teams through huddles, feedback, recognition, and development
- Oversee ordering, inventory, rotation, shrink, merchandising, and invoicing




- Maintain food safety, health, safety, and policy compliance

Requirements:

- Three years’ progressively responsible supervisory or management experience
- Post-secondary business education or equivalent education and experience
- Required food handling, Smart Serve, and First Aid certifications
- Solid organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and team development skills
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, standing, and heavy lifting
