Graham seeks a Senior Project Controls Specialist for its Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the Senior Project Controls Manager, you will define processes, support project teams, and monitor risks. The work covers budgeting, scheduling, document management, performance monitoring, and strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support quantitative risk analysis and assessments when needed
- Implement project controls systems and procedures
- Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, and document management
- Identify performance issues and drive project improvements




- Present KPIs and provide strategic project advice

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in construction, engineering, or related field
- Seven or more years in general contracting project cost control
- Hands-on EAC, ETC, cost variance, and commitment experience
- Experience with cost exposure, change management, and earned value
- Preferred InEight, P6, schedule integration, and risk management experience
