Build B2B marketing strategy and campaigns as Growth Marketing Manager at Realtax, working on-site five days weekly in Newmarket, Ontario.
This newly created, full-time role leads marketing across Realtax and Ontario Tax Sales. You will develop targeted campaigns, create industry-specific content, research municipal customers, and translate complex legislation into clear messaging. Reporting to the General Manager, you will establish repeatable processes supporting growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute marketing strategy across both businesses
- Develop campaigns supporting acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Create content for municipal finance decision-makers
- Conduct customer and market research
- Track performance and refine marketing initiatives
Requirements:
- Robust B2B marketing strategy and execution background
- Exceptional writing and communication skills
- Hands-on organic campaign experience across email, content, and events
- Experience using marketing technology and AI tools
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
