Extendicare is seeking a Director, Construction to lead its multi-site long-term care redevelopment program across Canada. You will set strategy, governance, and oversee a team of project managers, coordinating with construction managers, authorities, consultants and partners.
You will stay hands-on, review budgets, manage risk, ensure schedule adherence, and drive value engineering across projects while traveling to sites as required. Solid leadership and communication are essential.
