As Senior Interior Designer, Team Lead, you will deliver projects from programming through construction administration. You will balance creative design with technical excellence, manage team members, and collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients. The work covers Tenant Improvement and branded commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Tenant Improvement projects through construction administration
- Manage staffing, fees, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Develop concepts balancing creativity, functionality, sustainability, and budgets
- Prepare presentations, narratives, palettes,



models, and renderings
- Coordinate construction documentation and technical accuracy

Requirements:

- Minimum 15 years commercial interior design experience
- Workplace, Retail, and branded Tenant Improvement experience
- Advanced Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe proficiency
- Knowledge of BC Building Codes and local bylaws
- Robust communication, presentation, and project management skills
