Fuel Made seeks a Retention Marketing Strategist to own client relationships and roadmaps across premium ecommerce brands. You will translate business goals into lifecycle plans, guide creative campaigns, and connect storytelling with performance analytics. The work supports customer lifetime value, engagement, and long-term retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as strategic contact for 15+ retained brands
- Lead client calls and build actionable retention roadmaps
- Guide email, SMS, and loyalty planning
- Review creative for strategy, accuracy, and brand voice
- Analyze performance and oversee A/B testing opportunities
Requirements:
- Two-plus years in agency strategy, client success, or management
- High proficiency with Klaviyo
- Solid Shopify and retention marketing understanding
- Confidence leading strategy calls and managing deliverables
- Experience using data to drive measurable impact
