This senior leadership position partners with the President/CEO and Executive Leadership Team. You will oversee Client Services Operations, Nursing & Rehab Services, Human Resources, and organizational performance. The mandate includes translating strategy into action, supporting growth, and ensuring quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and monitor organizational strategy, priorities, and objectives
- Oversee secure, efficient client services and nursing operations
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, performance reporting, and accountability
- Lead operational planning for growth and service expansion




- Represent RNS with healthcare and community stakeholders

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, human resources, or related field
- Minimum seven years of progressively responsible leadership experience
- At least five years in senior management or executive leadership
- Healthcare operations, regulatory, quality, and performance knowledge
- Strong financial, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
