Deliver perioperative nursing care in the operating room while protecting patient safety and monitoring conditions throughout surgical procedures.

This Registered Nurse position supports Women’s College Hospital’s Surgical Program during core day hours, Monday to Friday. You will provide perioperative care, participate as a perioperative nurse, and follow ORNAC standards. The work includes learning, teaching, and secure practice integration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide perioperative care throughout the surgical suite
- Participate as a perioperative nurse team member
- Maintain safety through policies, procedures, and ORNAC standards
- Monitor patient conditions during surgery and interventional procedures
- Support learning, teaching, and safe practice improvement

Requirements:

- Current good-standing Ontario nursing registration
- Required Perioperative Nursing Certificate
- Required BCLS certification
- Bachelor’s in Nursing preferred
- Perioperative experience and computer skills preferred
