Lead facilities operations in Vancouver with DNEG, overseeing Health and Safety, fire safety, building services, and workplace readiness for studio teams.

As Facilities Manager, you will keep DNEG’s Vancouver site secure, efficient, and aligned with global facilities practices. You will work with senior management, global sites, Technology, HR, landlords, suppliers, and third parties. The position covers compliance, contracts, space planning, fit-outs, front desk operations, travel, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Health and Safety, Fire Safety, risk assessments, and emergency procedures
- Manage inspections, permits, incident reporting, fire wardens, and first aiders
- Oversee building services contracts, suppliers, facilities failures, and audits
- Coordinate space allocation, fit-outs, office moves, and Jira requests




- Manage front desk, visitors, travel, runners, budgets, and workplace policies

Requirements:

- Previous office or facilities management experience, including building services
- Health and Safety strategy and implementation experience
- Experience negotiating contracts, suppliers, budgets, and forecasts
- Knowledge of Vancouver building codes and British Columbia legislation
- Experience with space planning, fit-outs, floorplans, and building systems
