As Senior Manager, AI & Data Technology, you will lead strategy, operations, support, and lifecycle management for enterprise data technologies. The role covers analytics, customer data, AI-enabled platforms, service delivery, governance, and team leadership. You will align capabilities with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee Customer Data Platform operations, support, enhancement, and adoption
- Lead technology strategy, lifecycle management, and service operations
- Deliver roadmaps, enhancements, and continuous service improvements
- Manage vendors, licensing, contracts, renewals, and escalations




- Coach and develop Data Technology Specialists

Requirements:

- University degree in a related technology discipline
- Seven or more years of progressive enterprise platform experience
- Advanced knowledge of analytics, customer data, information management, and AI platforms
- Knowledge of Power BI, Alteryx, ArcGIS, IBM WatsonX, and RecordPoint
- AGCO Category 1 Gaming Assistant Registration, initiated at offer stage
