Lead US GAAP reporting and SOX compliance as HUB’s Accounting Compliance Manager, guiding accounting professionals within the HUB Financial Center. Work hours may flex during peak times.

This manager leads insurance brokerage and enterprise accounting operations through leadership, oversight, and strategic direction. The position oversees close activities, reconciliations, journal entries, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. It partners with Accounting, Finance, Treasury, IT, Internal Controls, and auditors to strengthen processes and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate accounting team members
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities
- Review reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis




- Coordinate audit requests and control assessments
- Lead process improvements and accounting automation opportunities

Requirements:

- Eight-plus years of progressive accounting experience
- Five-plus years of team leadership experience
- Robust US GAAP, SOX, and internal controls knowledge
- Advanced Excel and Generative AI expertise
- CPA designation and bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
