This specialist role supports physician leaders, clinical teams, and program stakeholders during a significant technology transition. You will build relationships, coordinate communications, and identify participation barriers. The work connects physician feedback with clinical, training, and technical leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with physicians, leaders, champions, and clinical teams
- Expand outreach through communications, forums, briefings, and feedback sessions
- Identify participation barriers and coordinate appropriate follow-up
- Promote required training registration, attendance,
and completion
- Track engagement, readiness, support requests, and adoption risks
Requirements:
- At least two years of relevant healthcare change experience
- Success engaging physicians during organizational, workflow, or technology change
- Experience developing stakeholder engagement and communications plans
- Ability to build trust and encourage required training completion
- Experience tracking readiness and reporting progress to leadership
