This Occupational Therapist assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates occupational therapy for residents. The work supports restoration, maintenance of independence, prevention of further disability, and purposeful engagement. You will develop care plans, maintain statistics, and contribute to rehabilitation policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and reassess residents to identify rehabilitation needs
- Establish goals and document individual treatment plans
- Communicate with the multidisciplinary team consistently
- Maintain resident statistics and rehabilitation records
- Support secure equipment and departmental conditions

Requirements:

- Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy school
- Eligible for Canadian Association membership
- Registered with Alberta Association of Registered Occupational Therapists
- Experience with MDS and/or RAI
