BRP is seeking a Team Lead for the Advanced Technology Group to guide a multidisciplinary engineering team at the CTA, reporting to the Project Manager for Advanced Technology and Electrical Group. You will drive complex projects for BRP and external clients, spanning mechanics, mechatronics, robotics, electrification, embedded electronics, software, and autonomous systems.

You will mentor team members, coordinate milestones, allocate resources, and provide technical guidance while partnering
