Midwest seeks a Crew Chief for its Utility Services group in Red Deer. Working under a Project Manager or Land Surveyor, you will lead surveying tasks, support powerline projects, complete calculations, and interact with clients, landowners, and the public. The work serves oil and gas, construction, municipal, and utility applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead crews completing utility surveying tasks
- Perform powerline design, layout, and construction surveying
- Complete survey calculations for assigned projects
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Land Surveyors
- Travel and work overtime as assignments require

Requirements:

- Geomatics diploma, degree, or equivalent survey experience
- Five or more years in a related survey position
- Operate RTK GNSS, Total Stations, Levels, and Laser Scanners
- Hold a valid driver’s license without major convictions
- Work outdoors, travel, and lift required equipment
