Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Transformation Program Manager to lead large-scale Oracle Fusion and business transformation initiatives. The role will own overall program delivery, governance, stakeholder management, cross-functional dependencies, risk management, business readiness, and value realization.

Must-Have Skills

- 15+ years of ERP and business transformation experience.
- Delivered a minimum of 3 large-scale Oracle Fusion transformation programs as a Program Manager or Program Director.
- Strong experience managing budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies, and executive stakeholders.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across Functional, Technical, Integration, Data, Testing, Change Management, and Business functions.
- Experience using AI-based tools and platforms to deliver complex engagements while maintaining controls.
- Solid program delivery, governance, planning, risk management, issue resolution, and decision-making experience.




- Ability to work directly with CxOs, Directors, and senior business leaders.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, consulting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience managing and collaborating with offshore teams, particularly in India.
- Experience defining integration architecture and standards and leading integration design, development, and deployment.
- Experience supporting testing, cutover, and hypercare activities.

Nice-to-Have

- Utility industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead steering committee, executive, and program governance forums.
- Manage dependencies across business and technology workstreams.
- Drive program planning, risk management, issue resolution, and key decisions.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and solution delivery.
- Oversee partner, vendor, and offshore delivery teams.
- Drive adoption, business readiness, and value realization.
- Review technical solutions and mentor development teams
