This IT Support Analyst – Application Operations role supports business-critical banking applications. You will investigate recurring incidents, resolve application errors, and administer configurations and user access. The work includes collaboration with developers, software vendors, internal IT teams, and stakeholders. You will also contribute to incident management, documentation, automation, and continuous service improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Investigate recurring incidents and identify sustainable root-cause solutions
- Troubleshoot application errors in test environments with technical teams




- Monitor banking applications and improve monitoring processes
- Configure OpenLease settings, workflows, and user roles
- Coordinate major incident diagnosis, resolution, and communication

Requirements:

- Experience in IT application support or application operations
- Understanding of incident, problem, and IT service management
- Experience with Jira and Confluence documentation tools
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
- Very good German and English communication abilities
