Plan major shipbuilding programs in office in North Vancouver using Primavera P6, integrated schedules, and resource-loaded planning. Support Engineering, Procurement, Build, and Test & Trials phases.

As a Planner II, you will develop and maintain Level 2, 3, and 4 schedules across multiple projects and interfaces. Your work supports integrated planning, forecasting, management reporting, performance measurement, and schedule analysis. You will collaborate with engineering, supply chain, production, and program controls teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain multi-level schedules using Primavera P6
- Manage schedule logic, integrity, quality, and interdependencies
- Identify integration gaps, risks, and emerging schedule issues
- Maintain resource profiles supporting program capacity planning




- Prepare advanced analyses, reports, forecasts, and cross-project views

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant education and experience
- Four or more years’ planning experience in large manufacturing
- Advanced Primavera P6 proficiency with complex schedule integration
- Understanding of shipbuilding operations and cross-functional interdependencies
- Working knowledge of EVMS and MRP or ERP systems
