As Territory Services Manager, you will support Couche-Tard/Circle K car wash locations under the Maintenance Manager. The permanent, full time position coordinates preventative maintenance, repairs, installations, contractors, budgets, and technician performance. You will partner with management, operations, tradesmen, and technicians to address equipment issues and extend equipment life cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate preventative and general maintenance requirements across car wash locations
- Schedule repairs, installations, maintenance work, employees, and contractors
- Perform root cause analysis, forecasting, and maintenance issue analytics




- Inspect work quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company standards
- Train Operations teams on troubleshooting and minor car wash repairs

Requirements:

- Degree in business or a relevant field
- Three to five years in facility maintenance or related work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Ability to travel locally, including possible overnight stays
