Sparkrock, a provider of ERP/SaaS solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, seeks a Director of Qualified Services in Canada. You will own the P&L; and book-of-business for a $3–5M portfolio, shape the delivery model, and lead a team of consultants, business analysts, and project managers to deliver profitable engagements.
You will partner with Sales for scoping and pricing, drive budgeting and cost management, and act as the senior escalation point for key customers.
