Drive franchise sales and operations for Pet Valu as a Franchise Business Consultant serving Ontario GTA East from Markham, Ontario. Coach franchisees through regular store visits.

Reporting to the Regional Director, Franchise Store Operations, you will manage district operational activities and sales results. Apply retail analysis, visual merchandising, training, and communication skills to improve store performance. This full-time contract role supports Pet Valu franchisees across the district.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive system-wide and wholesale sales against company targets
- Recommend customized best practices to improve profitability
- Train franchisees on procedures, products, and operational standards
- Conduct store visits, audits, and Protected and Ready reviews
- Connect franchisees with Head Office departments and resources

Requirements:

- College graduate or extensive retail experience
- Two to three years of retail chain experience
- District or multi-store management experience preferred
- Strong retail visual merchandising skills
- Current driver’s license and ability to drive
