Analyze investment performance calculations at RBC in Mississauga, using rate of return expertise and portfolio analysis to support business partners.
This Operations Specialist works in the Performance Measurement group within RBC Wealth Management. The position examines client accounts, portfolios, time weighted and money weighted returns, and performance attribution. You will collaborate with Performance Measurement, Pricing, IT, and business partners to support accurate reporting and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate client accounts and portfolio returns
- Analyze market value, gains, losses, and capital changes
- Research transactions across RBC portfolio management systems
- Resolve performance inquiries for internal and external clients
- Monitor Service Level Agreement performance and delivery
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Global Investment Performance Standards
- Understanding of time weighted and money weighted returns
- Experience with RBC systems, Broadridge, and ServiceLink
- Robust relationship management and analytical skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
