As Asset Integrity Lead Engineer, you will provide technical leadership, strategic direction, and people leadership to engineers, specialists, and inspectors. The role supports safe, reliable, compliant, and cost-effective operation of pressure equipment, piping, tanks, and associated static assets. You will guide risk-based decisions, lifecycle management, and improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Asset Integrity Engineers, Specialists, and Inspectors
- Improve PEIMS, RBI, and Asset Integrity programs
- Oversee fitness-for-service and integrity assessments




- Manage degradation threats and mitigation strategies
- Communicate integrity risks to operational stakeholders

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- APEGA Qualified Engineer registration or eligibility
- Minimum 10+ years in heavy industrial operations
- Experience leading technical teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of corrosion, cracking, and materials performance
