We’re hiring experienced appointment setters at Connection Incorporated to help business owners explore The AI Business System.
We help businesses run ads on Chat GPT, Rank organically inside AI agents, and use The AI Business System to respond to leads, improve follow-up, book more appointments and generate more referrals.
Your role is to connect with the leads we provide, understand their needs, and book qualified prospects for a conversation with our sales team.
The opportunity
- 100% remote, open to candidates based in Canada.
- Full time, Monday–Friday, 9:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
- No cold calling.
- Leads and training provided.
- Expected annual compensation of approximately $40,000–$60,000, including bonuses on booked appointments. Actual earnings depend on performance.
What you’ll do
- Follow up with provided leads promptly and professionally.
- Ask valuable questions, listen, and qualify business owners for the next step.
- Book appointments and follow up to help prospects attend.
- Keep clear, accurate notes in our CRM.
- Work with our sales team to improve appointment quality.
Who we’re looking for
- Experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or lead qualification.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Consistent follow-through and excellent organization.
- Someone who takes coaching well and follows a proven process.
- Reliable internet and a quiet place to work.
Y ou should care about the quality of the conversation as much as the appointment on the calendar.
