Job Summary Gino’s Pizza Waterdown is looking for a reliable, responsible, and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will ensure orders are delivered promptly, accurately, and professionally while helping maintain smooth operations in the store during busy periods. Responsibilities Deliver pizzas and other food orders to customers safely and promptly. Provide friendly, professional customer service at every delivery. Verify orders before leaving the store to ensure accuracy and completeness. Handle cash, debit/credit payments, and change accurately when required. Maintain a clean, safe, and reliable vehicle. Follow all traffic laws and safe driving practices. Communicate with in-store staff regarding delivery status, delays, and customer concerns. Assist with answering phones, taking orders, preparing boxes,



restocking supplies, and other in-store duties when not delivering. Keep the front counter and delivery area clean and organized. Follow company procedures and maintain a professional attitude throughout each shift. Requirements Valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle, where required. Valid vehicle insurance and registration, where applicable. Strong time-management and organizational skills. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Friendly and qualified communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle multiple deliveries while maintaining accuracy and customer satisfaction.
