Lead HVAC quality assessments and technical support for Enercare West Operations in Edmonton, using diagnostic expertise and safety knowledge daily.
As a full time, permanent specialist, you will assess Technical Field Staff work and support service delivery. The position combines field inspections, corrective actions, technical assistance, coaching, training, and compliance. You will apply HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety knowledge while communicating with Operations groups and Enercare employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality, technical, and safety assessments of field work
- Investigate corrective actions and provide field inspection reports
- Deliver Technical Support Desk assistance and record call details
- Coach Technical Field Staff through training and briefings
- Maintain compliance with regulations, codes, and operational procedures
Requirements:
- Valid Gas Fitter B or Gas Fitter A license
- Valid Refrigeration license and CFC/ODP Permit
- Minimum five years recent relevant HVAC field experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract
- Technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and safety
