As an Integrated Talent Partner, you will advise leaders across the employee lifecycle and support organizational growth. Your work spans talent acquisition, learning and development, and employee engagement. You will help strengthen workforce capability and organizational effectiveness through informed people decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide practical HR guidance across the employee lifecycle
- Support workforce planning and organizational design projects
- Advise on staffing changes, role requirements, and reporting structures




- Coordinate learning programs and leadership development initiatives
- Analyze workforce data supporting planning and continuous improvement

Requirements:

- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field
- Required CHRP designation
- Three to five years progressive HR experience
- Experience advising leaders across multiple HR disciplines
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
