As Farm Supervisor, you will oversee daily barn activities under the Farm Manager’s direction. The role combines employee coaching, animal husbandry, biosecurity, production coordination, and facility monitoring. Country Ribbon produces fresh and frozen chicken through integrated farm, feed mill, and processing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and support farm employees on daily tasks
- Coordinate barn operations toward production targets and key performance indicators
- Maintain environmental, feeding, and watering systems
- Ensure animal welfare, health, biosecurity, and production standards




- Support planning, staffing, incident investigations, and corrective actions

Requirements:

- Proven leadership and solid organizational capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and motivated work approach
- Post-secondary agricultural or food science education
- Two or more years of supervisory experience
- Equivalent education and experience may be considered
