This Senior Safety Manager partners with mills, woodlands, and operational teams across Tolko. The role drives safety culture, compliance, leadership behaviours, and continuous improvement. You will guide advisors and managers while reporting to leadership, the Board, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as strategic safety partner to operations and leaders
- Drive implementation and continuous improvement of safety standards
- Lead occupational health and safety leadership training
- Oversee claims management supporting injured employees




- Develop internal and external compliance audit programs

Requirements:

- Minimum seven years in senior occupational health and safety
- Experience collaborating across multiple operational sites
- Professional certification such as CRSP, CSP, or equivalent preferred
- Solid understanding of Canadian occupational safety regulations
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
