Ideal Candidate Rate: CAD 90-95/Hr (Depending on the experience)
Must Have:
- 5+ years of product management experience in IT or digital services
- Proven experience leading large-scale digital or IT transformation projects of delivering user-centric products in complex environments
- Hands‑on experience with Agile delivery, Scrum, and Lean product development and working with cross‑functional teams
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories
- Skilled in building and maintaining a product roadmap aligned to business priorities
- Experience delivering MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
- Robust experience with backlog management, prioritization techniques, and release planning
