Reporting to the Director, Application Management & Data Services, you will support legacy and up-to-date applications, data platforms, and service quality. The work connects judiciary stakeholders, court operations, vendors, and technical teams across Alberta’s three courts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design incident and service request workflows within a unified ITSM framework
- Coordinate communications and resolutions during major court system incidents




- Facilitate change and release management for application updates
- Gather requirements from Justices and court staff
- Monitor vendor services against SLAs and quality standards

Requirements:

- Seven-plus years through specified education and Application Analyst experience
- Ten-plus years planning and monitoring user acceptance testing
- Ten-plus years using ServiceNow or alternative ticket systems
- Eight-plus years supporting Agile/Scrum application delivery and operations
- Authorization to work in Canada and onsite availability
