Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans as a Speech Language Pathologist across inpatient, outpatient, ALC, and Skilled Nursing settings. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary care teams.

Arnot Health seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to provide patient care under physician prescriptions and report to the Clinical Coordinator of Rehabilitative Services. The position includes evaluation, documentation, progress communication, patient education, and support for speech therapy services. You will serve diverse patient populations across multiple care settings while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes,



and reports
- Communicate patient progress regularly with physicians
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers

Requirements:

- Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
- Eligible for New York State licensure
- Eligible for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence
- Obtain BLS certification within 90 days
- One to two years hospital experience preferred
