Use automotive warranty expertise to review claims for MSX from a primarily remote position serving Metro Detroit and surrounding areas. Robust analysis matters.
The Automotive Warranty Specialist supports program operations for dealers, field personnel, internal staff, and OEM personnel. You will review submitted claims, assist with claim entry, and resolve rejected or conflicting coverage questions. The work includes Basic Manufacturer’s Warranty, Extended Plan Coverage, and other OEM program coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review dealer claims for accuracy by claim type
- Troubleshoot rejected claims and answer coverage questions
- Evaluate applicable manufacturer and extended warranty coverage
- Maintain basic program reports and claim procedures
- Charge back unauthorized or incorrect dealer claims
Requirements:
- Prior OEM claim entry experience required
- Prior warranty coverage review experience required
- Three to five years of claims experience
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Entry level Microsoft Word and Excel skills
