The Operational Excellence Analyst develops and implements the corporate strategy within an EBS deployed unit. This role supports program office activities, monitors performance KPIs, and collaborates with operators and site functions. Industrial experience in operations, quality assurance, or continuous improvement is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ideation sessions with cross-functional teams
- Track initiatives, progress, and financial impact
- Analyze data and monitor daily performance KPIs
- Train, coach, and mentor shop personnel
- Support EBS preparation, active, and support phases
Requirements:
- Five years of industry experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred
- Lean tools training and experience
- Experience with change management in manufacturing
- Solid analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
