Coordinate Ontario construction projects with Peak Construction Group using RFIs, change orders, cost tracking, and document control. Travel on a 10 days on / 4 days off rotation.

As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will support Project Managers and Superintendents across commercial, retail, institutional, and other ICI projects. The work includes documentation, scheduling, cost control, subcontractor coordination, and closeout. You will identify issues early and follow them through resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, revisions, and site instructions
- Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project team members
- Track changes, pricing, change orders, budgets, and forecasts
- Review claims, invoices, drawings, specifications, and contract documents




- Coordinate schedules, quality activities, deficiencies, and project closeout

Requirements:

- Two or more years of progressive construction experience
- Project Coordinator or similar construction coordination experience
- Construction, Building Technology, Engineering, or Project Management education
- Experience with RFIs, submittals, changes, cost tracking, and document control
- Ability to travel throughout Ontario on the stated rotation
