We are looking for an energetic and outgoing individual for the position of Dispatcher - PM. - Bolton, ON

Monday to Friday

- Regular Office : 02:00 p.m – 10:00 p.m.

Opportunity available for an experienced Dispatcher (1-3 years)

Responsibilities include:

- Interact with Drivers providing their dispatches.
- Make decisions for optimal use of drivers and equipment for pick ups and deliveries.
- Follow up on related issues.
- Liaise between drivers and customers as needed.
- Build loads in Dispatch program and update system as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

Our ideal Candidate will possess the following qualifications:

- Must have Transportation experience preferably in Dispatch in order to be considered for this role.
- Have excellent understanding of Ontario Geography including city locations and travel times.
- Experience providing customer service in a similar work environment.
- Well organized,



an excellent communicator and have a keen sense of timeliness.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, communication, problem solving and planning abilities.
- Ability to multitask and to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Knowledge of Truckmate a plus.

Hours: Monday to Friday, evenings, starting at 2 pm to approximately 10 pm, must be versatile with finish time.
